There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the start of your tour if you wish to cancel, and we'll issue a full refund. Failure to do so means guests will lose their payment.

The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is not open for visits during any Islamic festivals. In cases of closure, a photo stop will be made instead
