Terms and Conditions for Unforgettable Getaway’s VIP Matchmaking Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Unforgettable Getaway’s VIP Matchmaking Service. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

Unforgettable Getaway LLC operates this service as a matchmaking facilitator to connect individuals seeking dating or companionship experiences in Colombia.

2. Scope of Service

Our VIP Matchmaking Service is designed to provide clients with curated matches for dating or companionship. Our service includes:

  • Profile curation based on client preferences.
  • Video call setup to ensure compatibility.
  • ID verification for both parties to enhance safety.
  • Arranged dates in safe, comfortable environments.

We are not responsible for the outcomes or progression of the relationships initiated through our service.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself.
  • Agree to comply with U.S. and Colombian laws and cultural norms during your interactions.

We reserve the right to deny services to individuals who fail to meet these criteria.

4. Service Terms

The service includes an initial setup for one introduction, with the option to arrange additional introductions as needed.

All payments are final and non-refundable after a match is confirmed, except under specific conditions outlined in Section 6 (Refund Policy).

5. Matchmaking Process

  1. Profile Submission: You will provide personal preferences and dating criteria.
  2. Match Curation: We will present 3–5 curated profiles based on your preferences.
  3. Video Call: You can schedule a video call with your chosen match to confirm compatibility.
  4. ID Verification: Both parties will complete a secure ID verification process.
  5. Arranged Date: If both parties agree to meet, a date will be arranged.

6. Refund Policy

  • No Match Found: If we cannot provide a suitable match during your stay, you will receive a full refund.
  • Match Rejection: If either party declines the match during the video call, we will provide a new curated set of profiles.
  • Finalized Matches: After the video call, if both people say they want to meet, it’s a match. Once that happens, no refunds will be given.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@unforgettablegetaway.com within 14 days of your stay ending in Colombia.

7. Privacy and Security

  • ID Verification: All participants must complete ID verification to ensure age compliance and accountability.
  • Confidentiality: Personal information provided will be used exclusively for matchmaking purposes and stored securely. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitations of Liability

  1. No Guarantees: While we strive to ensure compatibility, we cannot guarantee the success or progression of any relationship formed through our service.
  2. Independent Interactions: What happens during or after the arranged date is entirely between the consenting adults. Unforgettable Getaway LLC is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or outcomes of either party.
  3. Cultural and Legal Compliance: Clients are responsible for understanding and adhering to Colombian cultural norms and laws during their stay.

9. Code of Conduct

  1. Respectful Behavior: Clients and matches are expected to behave respectfully and courteously. Harassment, abuse, or any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.
  2. Sex Is Not Included: Our services do not include sex or any form of sexual activity. We are not an escort agency, and no fees paid to Unforgettable Getaway LLC may be interpreted as payment for sexual services. Any individual found soliciting or offering sex in connection with our platform will be permanently banned.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are permitted before the video call takes place, and a full refund will be issued.
  • Once a video call has been conducted, cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in Section 6.

11. Force Majeure

Unforgettable Getaway LLC will not be liable for any delays or failures in providing services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of God.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
